LETTER FROM STEVEN MWALE

Robert received this letter in 1988 after Brother Mwale had been here in Des Moines for a meeting. I believe that we took him out for dinner but I know that we ate together. In 1993, after seeing a video of Lloyd Goodwin in Africa and how the people there, literally, worshipped him with his approval, Robert found this letter in some papers he had put away. We felt that we should contact him and send some information with the truth about Lloyd Goodwin. I thought it was sad that he would say, "I appreciate God for what Brother Goodwin has done for you." Also that Brother Goodwin was his hero. We had to tell them the truth.

Dear Brother Mason:

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Brother Mason, I want to thank you for the words you spoke to me just before I left Des Moines. They added an ingredient in my ministry that will further stabilize it. You said: "Repeat, say it again, because someone may not have been in a good frame of mind the first time you said it."

Thank you, Brother Mason for these words. I notice that that's what Brother Goodwin does. No wonder you people in Des Moines are so brave and steadfast.

I also wish to thank you and your wife for the good spirit that you showed when we sat at the same table in a certain restaurant. You made me feel comfortable and welcome. I appreciate God for what Brother Goodwin has done for you.

May God bless you. My wife, Tamanti greets you and your wife and children.

Pray for me that God may cause me to succeed in Brother Goodwin's ministry. He is my hero. I want to represent him to the best of my ability. Thank you again, Brother Mason and greetings to your family.

Yours faithfully,

Brother Steven Mwale
