NOT MY GOD!!

How dare you blame it on my God?

This mess the world is in.

This hate and fear and murder

comes from a heart of sin.

He came to give us everything

And "choices" we could make.

He reached out to the heart of man;

Never to forsake.

Whoever will, let him come.

"Grace", so freely He gave.

With "Free Will" unconditional

We choose the way.

The only laws He gave us

were not ones we couldn't obey

But Joy and life and peace in him

if we let Him lead the way.

Seek you first "His Kingdom"

He'll add the rest to you.

Look inward, you will find Him.

His love is pure and true.

My God is not to blame.

His laws are just and right.

Men's wars and insurrections

Must be brought to light.

Whatever you sow, you'll reap.

It's as simple as that, you see.

Love your neighbor as yourself

In his presence you will be.

Proverbs 19:21 - Many are the plans in a man's heart, but it is the LORD'S purpose that prevails.

James 4:1-3 - What causes fights and quarrels among you? Don't they come from your desires that battle within you?  [2] You want something but don't get it. You kill and covet, but you cannot have what you want. You quarrel and fight. You do not have, because you do not ask God.  [3] When you ask, you do not receive; because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures.

James 3:13-18 - Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show it by his good life, by deeds done in the humility that comes from wisdom.  [14] But if you harbor bitter envy and selfish ambition in your hearts, do not boast about it or deny the truth.  [15] Such "wisdom" does not come down from heaven but is earthly, unspiritual, of the devil.  [16] For where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder and every evil practice.

[17] But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere.  [18] Peacemakers who sow in peace raise a harvest of righteousness.
