Journey to a Dream: By Debi Dowling
Debi Dowling wrote her story by making posts to the Unofficial GAC web site over a course of several months. I was so touched by her story of pain and ultimate victory in Christ, that I saved all her posts in one file on my hard drive. I asked her permission to put it all together. Although there is much more to her story than what is written on these pages, I believe that many will be touched by her courage and faith in God, by sharing it with the rest of us. I am only hoping that I have the portions all in the right sequence as she did not give many dates so just remember that this story is taken from many posts put together by someone who wasn’t there. So Debi, or anyone else who reads this and sees a discrepancy, please let me know, so I can make the proper corrections. Thanks also to Betty Edmondson for her help in editing the rough draft.
